Hi, my name is Kandi! I grew up loving real, wholesome food — garden-fresh vegetables, organic homemade kitchen staples, farm-fresh eggs, and raw milk straight from the farm. One day, curiosity got the best of me: I simply wanted to know where the farm stands near me were located. I drove the back roads of Missouri hoping to stumble onto something, but I had no reliable way to know what was out there.
That question sparked something bigger. I realized that people all across America share that same desire — to find fresh, honest food close to home, out on the open road, or while traveling. They want to know who grew their food and how. They want the tomato that was picked that morning, not three weeks ago. They want to support a farm family, not a faceless supply chain.
So I built Farm Stand Finder to make that discovery easy for everyone. It's a celebration of the hardworking farm families who pour their hearts into growing real food, and a way to connect them with the people who truly appreciate it. What started as a personal search has grown into a nationwide directory with thousands of listings — and we're just getting started.
