4. Geographic Scope & Currency

Farm Stand Finder serves users across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. By using this service, you agree that your use is subject to the laws of your jurisdiction in addition to these Terms. Payments may be processed in USD (US Dollars), CAD (Canadian Dollars), or MXN (Mexican Pesos) as applicable at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Currency conversions, if applicable, are handled by Stripe or your financial institution. Prices displayed in your local currency are estimates and the final charged amount may vary slightly due to exchange rates.

5. Free Listings and Optional Advertising

Farm Stand Finder provides all vendor listing features completely free of charge. There are no subscription fees for farm vendors. Optional paid advertising packages are available for businesses seeking enhanced visibility. Advertising fees are billed as stated at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds for advertising purchases are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

6. Advertising

We offer various advertising packages with specific durations and placements. Ad content must comply with our guidelines and applicable laws. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that violates our policies.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit to Farm Stand Finder. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; engage in spam or harassment; violate any laws or regulations; or attempt to compromise the security of our platform.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Users may post reviews about farm stands. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are offensive, fraudulent, or violate our policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Canadian users acknowledge that certain provincial consumer protection laws may apply. Mexican users acknowledge that the LFPDPPP and applicable Mexican consumer protection laws may apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable local law.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
